From self-assessment to final rating, every module is built around Transgraph's actual scoring workbook — no approximations, no manual spreadsheets.
Employees log tasks by quarter with self-ratings. Appraisers and Reviewers can also add tasks on behalf of their reports at any stage. Final QTS score uses a 60/40 effort-to-result weighted average.
Evaluate General Attributes and Managerial Effectiveness across structured sub-competency groups. Each group is weighted; the system aggregates sub-item averages into section totals.
Log Research and Process Innovation entries with a five-dimension scoring rubric. Entries can be locked by the appraiser once reviewed, and shared across contributors in the same team.
Assign Key Result Areas with individual weights. Appraisers rate effort and result per KRA row; the system computes weighted scores automatically using a 30/70 effort-to-result formula.
Track meeting attendance and quality ratings for governance committees (TREDS, ECOMM, MANCOMM). Applicable only to employees in governance groups; automatically hidden for others.
The scoring engine combines QTS, Innovation, KRA, Attendance, Technical Competency, and Governance into a single weighted Final Rating. Two weight sets apply — one for governance-eligible employees, one for others.
A structured eight-stage workflow (Draft → Submitted → Appraiser Review → Reviewer Review → Finalized → Locked) with send-back capability at each stage and a full audit trail of every transition.
Each role — Employee, Appraiser, Reviewer, Super Reviewer, HR Admin — sees and can edit only what is appropriate for their position in the reporting chain and the current appraisal status.
HR Admin imports Employee Master, Attendance, Salary History, Prior Year Ratings, KRA Tables, and Meeting Attendance directly from structured Excel files. Each import runs as an atomic transaction with row-level error reporting.

Sign in with your Transgraph credentials. Your appraisal form for the current cycle is ready in the Performance section — HR initiates it on your behalf; you just open it and begin.
Record your tasks quarter by quarter (Q1–Q4). For each task, describe what you did and rate yourself on Effort and Result. The system computes your QTS score using a 60/40 weighted formula.
Add Research or Process Innovation entries you contributed to during the year. Each entry is scored across five dimensions. Your Appraiser can lock entries once they are satisfied with the review.
Indicate your career growth aspirations and share any feedback or improvement ideas for the organisation. These sections are visible to your Appraiser and Reviewer.
Once all sections are complete, click Submit. The form moves to your Reporting Head for review. Editing is locked after submission unless your Appraiser sends it back to you with comments.
Once your Appraiser and Reviewer have completed their ratings and feedback, an in-person appraisal meeting is held with you. This discussion concludes your final rating. After the meeting, your complete score card becomes visible to you on the portal and the appraisal cycle closes.
